Did a great job installing my new service panel. In my experience with Custom Electric, I found them to be: * Responsive & Prompt * Excellent customer service when you call their office * Good, quality work (and I'm picky) Good to find a business that really 'cares' about the customer and the quality of work. Will call on them again.

We called Custom Electric to fix a Generac whole house generator for my mother, Dianne Giles. The receptionist that took my call was very helpful and courteous and promptly put us on the schedule. Dakoia came out to do a diagnostic and maintenance on the generator. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all my crazy questions. I now have a much better understanding of the system because of his detailed explanation. He was very good natured about me hanging around and watching. I wanted to learn how to do the maintenance on the generator myself in the future, but as Dakoia pointed out that there's a lot more details that he goes into, rather than just changing the oil and filter, We have decided it's worth having them continue to do the maintenance each year. Thank you for the great service!

Great guys great work great price

In the world of contractors it seems almost impossible to find a company that is professional, timely and competent. Not only does Custom Electrical give you an exact time and day they will show up but then they actually arrive at the day and time they set. It sounds like common sense but from my experience it is very rare. From wiring a detached garage with a basketball court and automated lighting to a house remodel Custom Electrical has been phenomenal.

They installed or solar panels. I felt like they went above the expectation to get things done right.

Easy to work with and coordinate.

We had a large manufacturing equipment installed and needed the correct amount of power brought in. Custom Electrical was very good at explaining our options and then getting it done on time when we needed it. We've also used them in the past for the electrical work in our warehouse new construction.

Cory was on time, professional, did more than was expected, looked for ways to improve the performance of the Generac.

We have used Custom Electric over and over again since 2014. . Everyone we have worked with from the owners, to the electricians to the office staff have been pleasant to work with. They schedule accurately, cone on time and complete the work when promised. Highly recommend and will continue to have them help us with our electric and solar needs.

Had these guys and gals help me update my electrical as well as run some power out to a shop. The whole process was super smooth, Kourtnie nailed the paperwork side of things (even got a permit and inspection that I had no idea we needed) and Cory was great to work with on the installation side of things. The price was the same from the original bid all the way to the final product, which is always nice. The work itself was exactly what we agreed upon. Really nothing but good things to say about my whole experience. Would totally recommend these guys to any of my friends!

We are so appreciative of the work that Morgan and his team did on behalf of Custom Electrical for our new home. Custom Electrical provided a thorough, exact, and honest/fair bid right from the start, and they stuck to it! We had a budget, and they respected it. They were always timely and very professional. Attention was paid to every detail, and they made sure things were just how we wanted them. They went above and beyond in so many ways, from being patient with our kids running around to coming back an extra time to make sure everything was just right. 5 stars and a forever customer! My family moved into an older home and we've had Custom Electric over several times to help get our home working a bit more how I would like it. I appreciate that I am always able to get someone to my home quickly- whether it's to install a light switch or rewire an entire room. Everyone who's been in my home has been professional, friendly, and consistent in their quality work. Maybe most of all, I am grateful for the honest communication and great customer service! After the last visit, I had some concerns that were cleared up right away with kindness and respect (especially for dealing with a not so electrical savvy me). I would send everyone I know and love who have electrical need to Custom Electric- they won't let you down!!

We had a baseboard heater stop working in our baby's room. Custom Electric came out and quickly repaired the problem. Scheduling was easy, the technicians and staff were all very professional and great to work with. When we need electrical work done in the future, we will definitely be working with them again.
